Our company's name, MELTEMY, comes from the Greek word μελτέμι (meltemy) that means strong winds of the Aegean Sea, which blow through the Greek Islands in the summer removing the fierce heat and stuffiness that people suffer from in Continental Europe. Meltemi influences greatly the human health. It is hot here in summer but the expression "there isn't enough air to breathe" is not about these areas. At the same time, the sea warms up very much, which makes it possible to swim from May to December because Crete is the southernmost point of Europe.

If houses or plots are pledged, we will inform you of the period of discharge of the pledge. We also perform an up-to-date check of the documents for utility systems and a construction permit.
